Cherry is passionate about making her classes a space for adaptation, freestyle movements, and freedom of expression. She creates a space where you can tap into your own body's rhythm, working into your flexibility and strength in your own way, with the help of music.
She has been teaching yoga since 2010, and founded YIS (Yoga In This Six in 2018! She has trained in philosophy, anatomy, and techniques of yoga from teachers such as Shakti Mhi, Patrick Beach, Sean Corn, Colleen and Rodney Yee, and Sadi Nardidi.
Cherry worked with GUCCI, teaching yoga, and wholistic wellness to their Toronto Executives, and retail teams. Her highlights include teaching along side Elena Brower, and Colleen and Rodney Yee in the Lolë White tour. She has also lead yoga retreats, teaching both pilates and yoga for groups of 70 plus. She is a certified Yoga, Pilates, and Thai Massage Therapist.
